Ruth Jody and Chuck I am so sorry to hear about Denny. He was a great guy. He will be missed greatly by all those who knew him.

I don’t think I’ve seen Denny since high school but remember him well as an upperclassman at Manton H. S. and if my memory serves me right was kind of a funny, entertaining guy. I remember his family home in Manton well because my mother, Dorothy Carpenter, was a good friend of his mother, Anna and we would visit her. I considered Anna a great friend as well and she was a great support to my mother during a difficult period of her life during my parent’s divorce. My condolences to Ruth and the family.

Will call Ruth later.

Den and his family have been like my family......a wonderful friend for 75 years. Although he will be greatly missed, he has left numerous memories that we have recalled, and laughed about on several occasions. Ruth, the boys and their families will remain in our thoughts and prayers. Vic, Deb, and boys.

Ruth, so sorry to hear of Denny's passing. Comfort is knowing he is with our Lord, now. One day, we will all be with Him. I truly enjoyed Denny's sense of humor. You and he are very special people. God bless!

So sorry to hear of Denny passing. He was my best friend and band partner throughout our school years. Famous for being late to the bus on band trips and although we battled for 1st chair trumpet, our friendship never wavered even after high school and when he moved to G R. A trip or two to long lake in their convertible during steamy summer nights another great memory. I’ll not forget what a great friend he was to me.
